Registering for Your Seminar

You must register for each seminar of DEEP FOCUS. It’s easy! Simply click on "Register" in the seminar description, fill out the form, and you’ll immediately receive a seminar Zoom link. SAVE that link and use it to join the seminar when it’s time.

You will not receive an email confirmation, so save your invitation link immediately. Save the link to your calendar or save/copy the registration notice in some other way. Also, once the seminar has started, you may not be able to join the zoom meeting, so be sure to register in advance and to join the seminar on time.

Where do I watch the movie?

Registration is for the discussion only.
The movies for each of the discussions need to be watched using a different platform and availability varies depending on which streaming services you have access to.
We select films that are often available on a number of platforms (Amazon Prime, iTunes, YouTube, etc.) and try to select films that are available for free viewing, if possible.
In the description for each film, further details are provided about where you can watch each film.

How do I participate in the seminar?

All Deep Focus discussions are held via Zoom.
Click on the Date & Time under the event to register for the seminar.
Once you are registered, you will be emailed a confirmation that will include the Zoom link.
All events are FREE for members.
A $5 donation is suggested for non-members.

Renew Theaters operates four Pennsylvania/New Jersey movie theaters: the County Theater in Doylestown, PA, the Ambler Theater in Ambler, PA, the Hiway Theater in Jenkintown, PA, and the Princeton Garden Theatre in Princeton, NJ. Renew manages each theater according to each individual mission to: Exhibit art, independent and world films that offer the community an opportunity to experience a broad range of artistic and alternative expressions; Educate the community about the film and media arts through a diverse program of educational activities that seek to develop a lifelong involvement with the arts; Serve as a community and charitable resource for the arts, and to promote and effect access to the arts for all members of the community; and Preserve the theaters as cultural resources.

Gettysburg College’s Majestic Theater at the LeVan Performing Arts Center features an 800-seat theater, two cinemas with stadium seating, an art gallery, café, and a 20,000-square-foot backstage production facility with dressing rooms and rehearsal hall. The theater is open 358 days annually with daily programming including live performances of Broadway shows, classical and popular music, dance, comedy, children’s shows, first-run independent films and cinema classics. The center serves as the rehearsal and performance venue for Gettysburg College’s Sunderman Conservatory of Music.
